Paid plans bill per registered staff seat. Japan: ¥600/seat/month excl. tax; eurozone: €3.50/seat/month excl. tax; elsewhere: USD $4/seat/month (currency follows company country; no picker). Promotions may apply.

How billing works

  • Paid subscriptions use Stripe. You are billed for each staff member on your roster (not admin logins). Japan: ¥600/seat/month excl. tax; eurozone: €3.50/seat/month excl. tax; elsewhere: USD $4/seat/month.
  • In Japan, 5 registered staff on a paid plan is about 5 × ¥600 = ¥3,000/month (excl. tax). In the eurozone, about 5 × €3.50 = €17.50/month (excl. tax). Elsewhere, about 5 × $4 = $20/month (USD, before taxes). This is not the same as the free plan’s “up to 5 staff” with $0 subscription.
  • Features marketed as paid options (emergency shift, detailed labor masks, etc.) are included in the same seat subscription—not separate Stripe add-on lines. A simplified labor-time model is available on the free plan too.
  • When you add or remove staff, your subscription quantity updates; Stripe may prorate the difference until the next renewal.
  • Promotions, annual billing, or contract terms may adjust the effective rate. Terms and prices may change with notice.
