Pricing

Paid plans bill per registered staff seat (USD $4 / seat / month baseline). Stripe invoices reflect seat count changes with proration where applicable.

How billing works

  • Paid subscriptions use Stripe. You are billed for each staff member on your roster (not admin logins), at the current per-seat rate (baseline USD $4 / seat / month).
  • At the $4/seat/month baseline, 5 registered staff on a paid subscription is about 5 × $4 = $20/month (USD, before taxes). This is not the same as the free plan’s “up to 5 staff” with $0 subscription.
  • Features we describe as paid options (e.g. labor-law-aware rules, emergency shifts) are not separate add-on line items in Stripe—they are part of what the paid plan unlocks.
  • When you add or remove staff, your subscription quantity updates; Stripe may prorate the difference until the next renewal.
  • Promotions, annual billing, or contract terms may adjust the effective rate. Terms and prices may change with notice.
